Mistakes in exam preparation material cost candidates marks, so we treat them seriously.
Reporting an error
Email support@sscrank.com with the page address, the question number and what you believe is wrong. A short reason or source helps us verify it faster.
What happens next
- An editor reviews the report, normally within three working days.
- If the report is correct, the question, answer or explanation is fixed.
- If the answer key changes, results already calculated for that question are not altered retroactively, but the corrected solution is shown to everyone from then on.
- For significant corrections to guides and articles, we update the "last updated" date.
Disputed answers
Where a question is genuinely ambiguous, we rewrite it so that it has one clear answer, or remove it.
Official answer keys
For official papers, we follow the final answer key published by the Commission. Where the Commission revises a key, we update ours.
