Correct answer: (D) 16 days
Riya's one-day work = 1/20 and Karan's one-day work = 1/80. Together they do 1/20 + 1/80 = 100/1600 = 1/16 of the work per day, so the work is finished in 16 days.
Shortcut: Days together = (a × b)/(a + b) = 1600/100 = 16.
