Correct answer: (C) 10 days
Vikram's one-day work = 1/14 and Suresh's one-day work = 1/35. Together they do 1/14 + 1/35 = 49/490 = 1/10 of the work per day, so the work is finished in 10 days.
Shortcut: Days together = (a × b)/(a + b) = 490/49 = 10.
